Description
Some clients will learn a folder structure. Some won’t, not because the structure is wrong, but because clicking through folders isn’t how they work, and no amount of simplifying changes that.
This sheet gives that client one link instead. Every document, tracker, and resource gets a row: what type it is, which category it falls under, its current status, who owns it, and a pinned flag for the handful of things actually used day to day. Filter by type or category, check the description before opening anything, and skip whatever’s marked Draft or Needs Info without checking first.
It sits on top of the folder structure, not instead of it. Every row still links back to a file that has to live somewhere. Build this when a client’s actual behavior calls for it, not as something every engagement gets by default.
